Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms are between you and Firebuild Studio (“we”, “us”), the trading name of an individual business registered in Settat, Morocco. They apply when you use firebuildstudio.com, the websites of our brands (including weltandweave.com), or a sample website we built. By using them, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Our websites

Our websites describe who we are and what we offer. We keep them accurate and up to date, and we may change them at any time. A price shown on a brand’s website is the price at the time it is shown.

Sample websites

We sometimes build a sample website for a business before we contact it, to show the owner what we could make. About samples:

• A sample is a free preview. Looking at it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
• It uses public information about the business, such as its name, address, hours, services and public reviews.
• Some pictures are stand-ins (some made with AI tools), labelled as sample photos, not photos of the shop’s own work. A finished website uses photos the owner supplies, and we never present stand-in pictures as the shop’s own work.
• The business’s name and logo belong to the business. We claim no rights to them, and we use them only to show the owner the sample.
• Samples are marked as samples and kept out of search engines. Sample links may stop working after a while.
• Owners can ask us to take a sample down at any time, and we will.

Buying a website

When you buy a website from one of our brands, we confirm by email what is included and the price, before you pay. Those written project details apply to your project. Where they differ from these terms, the written project details win.

You see your website before you pay for it. We send invoices through Ruul, our invoicing provider, and you pay online through Ruul. Ruul’s own terms apply to the payment itself.

Your content

When you send us photos, text, a logo or other material for your website, you confirm that you have the right to use it. You keep ownership of it. You allow us to use it to build, host, support and show your website, and to show your finished website as an example of our work unless you tell us not to.

Our content

The design, text and code of firebuildstudio.com and our brand websites belong to Firebuild Studio. Please don’t copy them without asking.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse our websites: no attacks, no attempts to break in or overload them, no automated copying at scale, and nothing unlawful.

Other companies

Our websites link to other companies, and we use other companies to run our business (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for their websites or services, which follow their own terms.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep our websites accurate and online, but we provide them “as is” and can’t promise they will always be available or free of errors. This does not limit anything we promise you in the written details of a project.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of our websites or sample websites. Our total liability to a client for a project is limited to the amount that client paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. If we have a disagreement, we will first try to settle it by talking. If that fails, the courts of Morocco will decide, unless the law where you live gives you a different right. A project’s written details may choose a different law for that project.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update them on this page and change the date at the top. Changes don’t affect a project we have already confirmed with you in writing.
